At Kiddora, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a flexible and transparent return policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you and your little ones.
Return Timeframe
Most Kiddora items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Please check the product page for any specific return conditions, as certain items may have different eligibility.
Return Cost
The first return for each order is free. If you initiate multiple returns from the same order, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. The applicable fee will be clearly shown before confirming the return.
Eligibility & Exceptions
Almost all products are eligible for return. However, the following items cannot be returned:
- Worn, washed, or damaged clothing
- Customized or personalized items
- Innerwear, socks, and hygiene-related products
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
Item Condition
Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Returns showing signs of wear or damage may receive a partial refund or be rejected.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Kiddora account.
- Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return.
- Choose a return reason and submit the request.
- Download or receive the return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of raising the return request.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
